- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went in July to restart my shots and they were never ordered. So I called, and was told they hadn't been ordered, but they would. Apparently the doctor needed to write for new vials and she was out, but I'm disappointed that no one bothered to call me in the two weeks subsequently and let me know what was going on. It is now going on two months and my vials will "probably be here next week." In general, the staff is friendly and I haven't had previous bad experiences here, but I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of communication this go-around.February 23, 2017by Deanna Lack
