  I called to see if they could see my sick 15 month old who was wheezing due to what I think is the croup. I usually go to a different office but they were booked solid. So as any parent would do I started to check other places. I really think she needed to see a pediatrician so I didn't want to take her to an urgent care. They supposedly take sick walk-in visits. So I called here and explained what was going on with my daughter- first the chick on the phone was RUDE. Second they can't see a sick child unless she's already an established patient. I've never heard of this before. I come from Michigan and had a similar situation with my son and any pediatric office in my area would see a sick child. So the receptionist says "I would suggest going to Satalite med or something sorry" in a snotty tone. One thing I do miss is Michigan doctors and healthcare facilities!

  Wait times around 1 hour. Maybe money plays a big role where they try to cram as many patients as possible in a period of time. Nurses/Doctors can be hit & miss (some are friendly/professional and some need some customer service training).

  Front office and check out ladies are horrible, not friendly at all! Lacks compassion, not friendly nor welcoming! I'd say clean house & start over, I thought it might be because of the time but I've taken my child first thing in the morning and also late afternoon-doesn't change the front office/check out ladies unfriendly "personality". Pharmacy on site is pretty niffty- pharmacist talks too fast and seems to be rushed all the time. HOWEVER, my child sees Brooke Heweitt, F.N.P. And we love her and her nurse, super friendly, compassionate, not in a rush with the visit, let's you ask questions, listens...just super! That's the ONLY reason I take my child there. They are remodeling/painting the office- Dr. Seuss all over, really cute! They keep well visit kids away from sick visit kids which is nice too!
