- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Please do not trust these people. My son had an accident and I took him here. They called DSC. Urgent care Associates documented what my grandmother said, it was an accident then went back and changed the documents to say what the pill head told them and said it was my grandmother saying it. The pill head told DCS that me and my husband was there and we told her all these horrible things. I was there alone until my grandmother showed up. That was proven and she never showed up to testify. But the nurses knowingly changed documents the day before I went to court, which obvious looks fishy. I don't know if DCS told them to or what but it caused me to lose my son for 2.5 years until they decided they couldn't prove I was guilty in the end.
