  Dr Melvin Williams is an Outstanding Doctor! I just had 2 Dr. appointments today for a neuroma on the bottom of my foot, one with an orthopedic specialist and the other appointment with podiatrist Dr Williams. The Orthopedic specialist was all about $$$$ and getting me under the knife; with of course an MRI on top of that. Now I'm no dummy, I research my condition thoroughly before I go to the Doc,. This is so I know what to expect and what questions to ask. EVERY web site said that surgery is the very LAST resort! They also said that an MRI or x-ray is not necessary, a good doctor can easily feel the neuroma with his fingertips. So from that Orthopedic Doctors office I went straight to Dr Melvin Williams who right away looked at my neuroma, (Did not even suggest an x-ray or MRI) and explained to me the causes and ways of dealing with the neuroma in a noninvasive manner. He had an excellent bedside manner and was not out to make a career out of my foot, and on top of that, he took his time with me through the entire process. I can’t tell you what a relief it was to have someone who is excellent, and looks to my good health rather than filling his pocket.

  I made an appointment for 11:10. Was there on time, filled out the paperwork. Not been many clients in that morning, so thought it would be in and out as was on my lunch. Nearly an hour later, still sitting. I inquired as to how long, and she told me 'there was one back there waiting'. WHY??? There could not have been that many people all morning long as was like maybe 8 on the sign in, including me. I left and will not be back again.
